3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Human Resource Management or Labour Law; A minimum of 1-year relevant experience in people management. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: National and Provincial instruments and legislation pertaining to human resources management with specific reference to the Public Service Amendment Act, Public Service Regulations and Labour Relations Act; Skills needed: Written and verbal communication; Proven computer literacy (MS Office); Analytical thinking; Strategic thinking; Conflict resolution; Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; Presentation; Problem solving; Research; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to analyse, conceptualise, and implement policy.
