An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Law or related field of study; A minimum of 1-year experience in Labour Relations; A valid (Code B or higher) driving license. Note: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities but have reasonable access to transport may also apply. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Public Service Act; Public Service Regulations and Labour Relations Act; Human Resource Management; Conflict Management; Appropriate labour legislation; Relevant disciplinary and grievance procedures; Skills needed: Proven computer literacy (MS Office); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Planning, organising and execution; Written and verbal communication.
