Requirements for DPSA Human Resource Management Director :-
A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification. Three (3) to five(5) years experience in Human Resource Management at an Assistant Director Level. The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license. Proven computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of PERSAL and BAS systems. Knowledge of policy development and implementation. Knowledge of Administration processes. Knowledge of HR prescripts, legislatives, and directives. Knowledge of Financial Management and Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Understanding of Programme and Project management. Interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills, people, and diversity management. Client orientation and customer focus. Good communication skills both (verbal and written). Accountability and ethical conduct. Knowledge of Occupational Specific Dispensation (OSD).
