Facilitate the drafting of policies and strategies. Monitor the implementation and review of policies. Monitor and review procedures and strategies. Monitor the administration of sales and rental/deed of sale contracts. Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of procedures and criteria for evaluation of rental and deed of sale contracts. Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of rental and deed of sale contracts database. Monitor the phasing out programme and implementing of the Enhanced Extended Discount Benefit Scheme.
