Matric with an NQF Level 7 qualification recognised by SAQA or Degree in Economics /Development Economics/ Development Studies. Knowledge of strategic planning and implementation. Knowledge of key performance indicators. Public Finance Management Act. Public Service Regulations (PSR), Public Service Act (PSA). Knowledge management practices. Key Competencies: Strategic Capability and Leadership. Programme and Project Management. Budget and Financial Management. Change Management. Knowledge Management.
