Requirements for DPSA Community Development Officer :-

A National Diploma / Degree in Social Sciences: Community Development and or/ Development studies. The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license (candidates should be able to drive). Computer proficiency. One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in the handling of projects and programmes including experience in the public service, stakeholder management and community development. Good communication, liaison, interpersonal, presentation, report writing and networking skills. Sound knowledge of the principles of community development and service delivery. Knowledge of the National Water Act 1998 and Water Services Act 1997. Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours.
