Requirements for DPSA Assistant Director Workforce Planning :-

A 3-year B-degree in Industrial Psychology / HRM (equivalent or higher qualification) with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience. Recommendation: A Degree in Industrial Psychology or Industrial Psychology as a major; Experience in Strategic Human Resource Planning and/or Industrial Psychology. Comprehensive understanding of the DPSA Directive on HR Planning and the WCG People Management Strategy; Knowledge of global, regional and local political, economic and social affairs impacting on the provincial government of the Western Cape; Knowledge of Constitutional, legal and institutional arrangements governing the South Africa public sector Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Knowledge of global, regional and local political, economic and social affairs impacting on the provincial government of the Western Cape; Knowledge of Constitutional, legal and institutional arrangements governing the South Africa public sector; A comprehensive understanding of People Management (Human Resource Management) legislation and policies within a strategic context is essential.
