Required skills; project management, computer literacy, planning and organisational, analytical skills, monitoring & evaluation, interpersonal & negotiation skills, problems solving skills, and customer care skills. He/she should have sound understanding of government policy, general knowledge of government’ mandate and a keen interest in current and government affairs. A valid driver’s licence is also required.
