Knowledge of the Infrastructure Delivery Management System (IDMS) and Standard for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement (SIPDM) will be an added advantage. Good communication skills. Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills are required. Innovative problem solving ability and ability to work independently. Applied knowledge of all relevant Built Environment legislative/regulatory requirement of National and International standards. A valid driver’s license (minimum code B) and ability/willingness to travel are essential. Recommendations: Computer literacy, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and willingness to travel and work irregular hours. Problem solving and analysis. Decision making. Team work. Analytical skills. Creativity. Self-management. Customer focus and responsiveness.
