Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification that allow registration with the South Africa Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse .Proof of current registration with SANC (2022 receipt) as a professional nurse. A minimum of 09 years appropriate /recognizable experience after 130 registration as a Professional Nurse in the said specialty. At least 5 years of period referred to above must be recognizable experience after obtaining the 1 year Post Basic qualification in Primary Health Care Proof of previous and current work experience endorsed and stamped by Human resource Department. Certificate Of Service Endorsed By Hr Is Required. Knowledge, Skill, Training And Competencies Required. Knowledge of nursing care process and processes and procedures, nursing statutes, and other relevant legal framework such as Nursing act, Occupational health and safety act , Patient right’ s charter , Batho-Pele principles , Public service regulations act , Disciplinary code and procedures, Grievance procedure etc. Leadership, organizational decision making and problem solving abilities within the limits of the public sector and institutional policy framework. Interpersonal skills including public relations, negotiations conflict handling and counselling skills. Financial and budgetary knowledge pertaining to the relevant resources under management. Insight into procedures and policies pertaining to nursing care. Computer skills in basic programs.
