Knowledge of the National Strategic plan and financial management. Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Health data systems e.g. Tier.NET. Ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. Report writing skills. Good interpersonal relations skills and selfdriven.
