Knowledge of Constitutional, legal and institutional arrangements governing the South Africa public sector. Key Competencies: Strategic Thinking, Administration, Problem solving, Communication, Client-orientation, Project Management and Coordination/Facilitation of intergovernmental relations, planning cycles of all spheres of government and political dynamics & awareness. A valid driver’s license. Pre-Entry certificate for the Senior Management Services (SMS) is compulsory.
