Three-year Degree (NQF level 7) in Public Administration / Industrial Psychology / Social Science or any other related qualification coupled with 7-8 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, of which five (5) years’ experience in a middle management position (Deputy Director Level). Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of legislative framework that governs the Public Service, In-depth understanding of DPSA Employee Health and Wellness Strategic Framework, Indepth understanding and application of Labour Relations Act, In-depth understanding and interpretation of PSCBC and GPSSBC Resolutions, Change Management, Diversity Management, Organisational Behaviour, Conflict resolution capabilities, Managing Coaching and Mentoring. Managing Performance Management system and Managing Labour Relations.
